1 Andreae filter - The filter Andreae® STD is made of a special paper, with a double bellows accordion folding with alternate holes to reach a higher degree of efficiency.The filters of pleated/perforated cardboard are realized in accord with the principle of the inertia separation. The conception of this filter (as indicated by the diagram) forced the circulation of the air to often modify the direction using loads; in this way the heaviest air particles adhere to the panels while the air circulates without particular obstacles. According to the type of varnish or to the pulverized product, the efficiency could reach 98% (High solids).

2 Glass fibre separating filters - The second reduction stage is a separating filter in long glass fibres, sized with synthetic resin and treated with adhesive oils and bactericide agents. The structure has growing density in the airflow direction giving elevated storage capacity. The separating filter is class B1 flameproof and EU3 classified. The separation level is equal to 86%, ASHRAE gravimetric method.

WATER WEIL SPRAY BOOTH GOLD 1000

cabina di verniciatura acquaThe water veil spray booths model Gold 1000 have been realized exploiting contemporarily water and the filtering surfaces lodged inside to demolish the most quantity of the particle obtained in the phaseof painting. The submerged electropump is contained in a special stainless steel bottle-holder which has the task to avoid that the same pump inhales some harmful material for its job, as possible woodpieces, solidified accumulations of varnish, etc. This machine has been constructed to exploit the filtering surfaces to the utmost.

REDUCTION SYSTEMS
 
1 Frontal water wall - The first reduction stage is the water wall, positioned in the frontal part of the machine. It is fed by a special diffusion tank. In conditions of optimal work it may demolish about the 50% of the over-spray of atomizer.

3 Polyester filtering cells - This last reduction stage uses self-extinguishing polyester filtering cells (FI-DIN 53438) with EUROVENT 4/5 EU4 classification. The main property of this filter is the excellent particle collection capacity, thanks to its structure made from coupling three different layers. The first layer is polyester fibre laid in a random manner (NON WOVEN). This blocks the larger particles. The second layer is in fine needled polyester fibres, which block the medium sized particles. The third and final layer is a micro-net of high resistance polyester, which has an anti-peeling action that blocks the remaining particles. The separation level is equal to 98% (ASHRAE gravimetric arrest).
